Charge your mobile battery in your pocket

Mobile users, to charge your mobile batteries, what do you do: use of chargers that when connected to the plug will get charged within hours. Some times later, there came a concept of travel chargers, which were used when we did not get access to the electric points to charge.

In the recent times, the technology has made more and more changes. You cannot imagine things and they are in front of you.

In UK, Vodafone has come up with a useful technology that will charge your mobiles in your pockets. The pockets of your shirts, jeans, etc.

What is the technology behind charging the mobiles using bags or shirts?

The bags or shorts that were used for charging had special circuits which converted our body heat to power. This material was developed at the University of Southampton. Prof. Stephen Beeby, who was working in  that university, said that they had been working on the energy harvesting from many years.
The shorts that were used to charge are called as power shorts. It converts the body heat into power and that can be used for charging the mobile batteries.
